Why Worksolve Exists

For nearly 15 years, I have represented workers across a huge range of sectors and roles, supporting people through disciplinaries, grievances, sickness reviews, performance procedures, and appeals. I have sat beside staff in fast food restaurants and financial services firms, in prisons and solicitors’ practices, on factory floors and corporate boardrooms.

I know how these processes work because I have been in the room. I have seen what employers get right, and what they often get very wrong. I know the tactics that are used to wear people down or pressure them into accepting unfair outcomes. And I know how to push back; calmly, clearly, and with the right evidence.

This is not about stirring conflict or making empty threats. It is about helping people stand their ground and make informed decisions. Sometimes that means preparing for a formal hearing. Other times it means securing a clean exit with a financial settlement. Either way, the goal is always the same: to protect your rights and help you leave the process in a better position than you started.
