Getting to know me

My vision is twofold: to encourage as many people as possible to become trade union members, while also offering guidance and support to those who find themselves caught up in workplace processes before they have that protection in place.

I help people navigate the uncertainty and confusion that often arise when workplace issues occur. If you’ve ever faced a formal meeting about your conduct or performance, you’ll know how daunting and stressful those situations can feel.

My focus is supporting people in the private sector, who find it much more difficult to get help when they need it. If you work in the public sector, join a trade union, as they are best placed to give you support.

I don’t provide legal advice. If you need legal representation, it’s important to speak to a solicitor.
